The Foundation of an HD Business

Hi Reader,

The day I stopped trying to be everyone's coach was the day my business actually worked.

I was a 3/5 profile running one-on-one coaching. Burning out. Exhausted. Wondering why I couldn't sustain what I was building.

Turned out I was in a business model that was fundamentally misaligned with how I'm wired.

3/5 profiles are here to GUIDE people through transformation in GROUPS. Not one-on-one. Not for long periods. GROUPS.

The moment I shifted to group programs, training containers, and transformational offerings? Everything changed. My energy returned. My capacity expanded. I could actually hold space.

It wasn't about being more disciplined. It was about HONORING MY DESIGN.

Below you will see a breakdown of all 12 profiles and what business models allow them to actually thrive (not just survive).

Notice the pattern, I've watched this happen too many times:

2/4 profiles in year-long programs (they need 3-month bursts, not marathons)

3/5 profiles doing one-on-one (they're here to guide GROUPS, not drain themselves 1:1)

5/2 profiles networking constantly (they're hermits; alone time isn't laziness, it's fuel)

6/3 profiles with too many constraints (they need freedom to experiment, or they'll suffocate)

Some profiles shine in one-on-one. Some explode in groups. Some need done-for-you service models. Some need speaking and influence. Some need flexibility and freedom.

It's not random. It's HUMAN DESIGN.

Your burnout isn't a character flaw. It's a design, desires and lifestyle problem.

You're not broken. You're not uncommitted. You're not 'not cut out for this.'

You're just building a business model that doesn't align with your Human Design profile, lifestyle or desires.

I see online coaches push the same formula to everyone. Year-long programs. Group coaching. One-on-one packages. Webinars. Funnels. Everyone's supposed to do the same thing.

Except... not everyone is designed the same way.

A 1/3 profile building what a 3/5 profile builds will burn out.

A 5/2 trying to network like a 1/4 will exhaust themselves.

A 2/4 trapped in a 12-month container will deplete.

It's not failure. It's misalignment.

Stop building a business that doesn't fit who you are.

Remember I believe the part don't exist without the whole and you need clarity on what you desire, how you want to work and the lifestyle you want to live.

Feel free to hit reply and share - What's your profile? What model are you in? Do they match?

As always please keep in mind, I believe that the parts don't exist without the whole and that you have to give yourself a permission slip to pursue that which you desire.

Hi Reader, One of the elements I look at when I consider the Human Design aspect of your design, desires and lifestyle is your environment. The Environment is a vibrant thread that holds your business ecosystem together. It is also one of the most common places where I see people out of congruence.
