Hi Reader, One of the elements I look at when I consider the Human Design aspect of your design, desires and lifestyle is your environment. The Environment is a vibrant thread that holds your business ecosystem together. It is also one of the most common places where I see people out of congruence. Then we make decisions, build offers, support clients and market from our not-self which only creates more turbulence for ourselves. Business Design Day is around the corner so I thought I would give you a taste of the experience and the environment content that is part of the teaching that day. I developed Business Design Day and the DDL Framework because we have to consider our Whole, Ecocentric Self - Our Design, Our Desires and Our lifestyle. I hope you will join me for Business Design Day - July 21. Yes, there will be a replay and recording. Yes, you get access for life. No, I do not have another date on the calendar for this experience. โGrab your Business Design Day Ticket Here. โ Below take a look at your environment Feel free to hit reply and let me know what resonates. With your design, desires and lifestyle in mind, Jamie -------------- The Caves Environment ๐Your power lives in depth โ not volume. A deep dive into marketing, content, and business strategy for the Cave environment type. You're a Caves environment type. Here's what that means. You're not meant to be everywhere. You're meant to go *deep*. The Cave environment thrives in intimacy, privacy, and selective presence. Your audience doesn't need to be massive โ they need to be right. This is your marketing superpower. You create resonance. When you share, people feel genuinely met. One piece of content from you lands harder than thirty from someone else because you mean it. You're not performing โ and people feel that. Your Natural Content Style โฆ Intimate, personal writing that invites people in โฆ Long-form pieces that go somewhere (essays, newsletters, podcast episodes) โฆ Behind-the-scenes content โ your actual process, not the polished version โฆ Voice notes, voice memos, audio content โ your voice carries depth โฆ Stories that reveal something real about you Not every offer structure fits every design. You're built for deep-container offers. One-to-one, VIP days, small group programs, membership communities with real relationship. You're not a high-volume, mass-market person โ and that's not a limitation. High-intimacy offers naturally command premium pricing. Your ideal client is drawn to you because... Your ideal client is drawn to you because you *see* them. They're not looking for hype โ they want someone who understands the nuance. Your depth is their relief. Not-Self Pattern: The Volume Trap Posting constantly to stay visible. Creating content you don't actually mean. Spreading yourself across every platform because you think presence = quantity. When you do this, your content goes flat โ and so does your energy. SOUND FAMILIAR? This is what operating out of alignment looks like for your type. It's not a character flaw โ it's a signal. What it feels like when you're in your design: You feel like you're having a real conversation, not a performance. Your content emerges rather than being forced. -------------- The Markets Environment ๐Your power lives in movement, variety, and connection. A deep dive into marketing, content, and business strategy for the Market environment type. You're a Markets environment type. Here's what that means. You're the connector. You thrive in stimulation, variety, and the energy of many. The Market environment is designed for the crossroads โ where people and ideas intersect. You're not meant to stay in one lane, and you never really do. This is your marketing superpower. You build bridges. You're curious across domains, energized by collaboration, and naturally social. You don't have to manufacture enthusiasm โ people catch yours. Your content works because it meets people where they are, not where you think they should be. Your Natural Content Style โฆ High-energy short-form content โ reels, TikToks, quick-turn posts โฆ Interviews and collaborations (you light up in conversation) โฆ Trend-responsive content viewed through your HD lens โฆ Wide-ranging topics that seem unrelated but connect through *you* โฆ Behind-the-scenes of your actual life โ you're the common thread Not every offer structure fits every design. You're built for live experiences, community spaces, and offers that allow movement. Group programs, live events, masterminds, retreats, memberships with a social heartbeat. You may also do well with multiple offers at different price points โ variety is natural for you. Your ideal client is drawn to you because... Your ideal client is energized by you. They've been quietly thinking what you're loudly saying. You make complexity feel exciting rather than overwhelming. Not-Self Pattern: The Single Lane Squeeze Forcing yourself to niche down so hard that your content loses its spark. Staying in one lane because someone told you that's how you build a brand. When you do this, your energy drains and your content becomes beige. SOUND FAMILIAR? This is what operating out of alignment looks like for your type. It's not a character flaw โ it's a signal. What it feels like when you're in your design: You're creating from genuine curiosity and connection. You're energized after sharing, not depleted. THIS IS YOUR GREEN LIGHT. When business feels like this, you're building something that's actually yours. -------------- The Kitchens Environment ๐ฅYour power lives in nourishment, consistency, and gathering. A deep dive into marketing, content, and business strategy for the Kitchen environment type. You're a Kitchens environment type. Here's what that means. You're the gathering place. The Kitchen environment is warm, consistent, and communal. People don't just follow you โ they return to you. You create belonging, and that is one of the most powerful forces in business. This is your marketing superpower. You sustain. You're not here for viral moments โ you're here for the slow, steady building of trust. Your community doesn't just buy from you; they stay. Your content works because it consistently *gives*, and people come back for more. Your Natural Content Style โฆ Teaching and guiding โ practical, useful, immediately applicable โฆ Consistent series and recurring content (people look forward to it) โฆ Community-style posts that invite others to contribute โฆ Content that is genuinely generous โ no withholding value for paid tiers โฆ Warm, grounded tone โ like sitting at a table with someone you trust Not every offer structure fits every design. You're built for recurring offers โ memberships, group programs, retreats, ongoing containers. Your genius isn't the one-time spark; it's the sustained relationship. Subscription models and community-based programs play directly to your strengths. Your ideal client is drawn to you because... Your ideal client has been hungry for a home base โ somewhere they can learn and belong at the same time. You give them that. They don't just hire you; they settle in. Not-Self Pattern: The Empty Kitchen Hustling for reach on platforms that don't feel like home. Spreading yourself across channels that feel cold or transactional. Over-extending so far that you have nothing left to give. You're a nourisher โ but you need to be fed too. SOUND FAMILIAR? This is what operating out of alignment looks like for your type. It's not a character flaw โ it's a signal. What it feels like when you're in your design: Your content feels like hosting. Warm, intentional, generous. You're in your element when you're teaching something you truly care about. THIS IS YOUR GREEN LIGHT. When business feels like this, you're building something that's actually yours. -------------- The Mountains Environment โฐ๏ธYour power lives in perspective, authority, and the long view. A deep dive into marketing, content, and business strategy for the Mountain environment type. You're a Mountains environment type. Here's what that means. You see what others can't from where you stand. The Mountain environment carries natural authority โ not the loud, performative kind, but the settled, undeniable kind. You don't need to chase attention. The right people can see you from a distance. This is your marketing superpower. You lead from clarity. You have a perspective that cuts through noise, a point of view that doesn't shift with trends, and a kind of certainty that others are deeply drawn to. Your content doesn't just inform โ it orients. Your Natural Content Style โฆ Thought leadership โ opinions, frameworks, original ideas โฆ Long-form content that demonstrates mastery (articles, essays, deep-dive posts) โฆ "Unpopular takes" that challenge conventional wisdom in your space โฆ Teaching from a place of earned authority, not performative expertise โฆ Content that stands the test of time โ not trend-chasing Not every offer structure fits every design. You're built for high-level, high-trust offers. Mastermind leadership, strategic advisory, keynote speaking, premium group programs where you lead from the front. People pay a premium to access your perspective โ price accordingly. Your ideal client is drawn to you because... Your ideal client is done with noise. They want a clear signal, a strong point of view, and someone who knows where they're going. You give them all three. Not-Self Pattern: Softening the Summit Diluting your perspective to be more likeable. Following another person's strategy because it worked for their type. Chasing trends instead of setting them. When you do this, you lose what makes you magnetic โ your altitude. SOUND FAMILIAR? This is what operating out of alignment looks like for your type. It's not a character flaw โ it's a signal. What it feels like when you're in your design: You're saying the thing people have been thinking but haven't heard said clearly yet. There's a quiet confidence in your content โ and it *lands*. THIS IS YOUR GREEN LIGHT. When business feels like this, you're building something that's actually yours. -------------- The Valleys Environment ๐ฟYour power lives in receptivity, flow, and being found. A deep dive into marketing, content, and business strategy for the Valley environment type. You're a Valleys environment type. Here's what that means. You don't chase โ you draw in. The Valley environment is magnetic in the most literal sense. You're designed to receive. Word of mouth, organic discovery, referrals โ these aren't strategies you have to engineer. When you're in alignment, they happen naturally. This is your marketing superpower. You create ease. Being in your presence feels effortless to the people who are right for you. Your content, your offers, your client relationships โ they all carry a quality of flow. You're not pushing upstream. You're letting what belongs come to you. Your Natural Content Style โฆ Testimonials, client stories, and transformation shares โฆ Reflective, spacious content โ you're not rushing anywhere โฆ Repurposed content that flows naturally from what you've already created โฆ Collaborative and co-created content (inviting others in) โฆ Content that mirrors your client's experience back to them Not every offer structure fits every design. You're built for offers that allow you to be in receive mode โ whether that's working with aligned clients who come to you, or structured containers where the work flows in rather than being chased. Discovery calls, referral systems, and organic funnels play to your strengths. Your ideal client is drawn to you because... Your ideal client feels like they found you at the right moment โ and they did. You're positioned in just the right flow path. They arrive ready, warm, and aligned. Not-Self Pattern: Pushing Upstream Exhausting yourself with aggressive outreach, cold strategy, or volume-based content because you think you need to work harder. You're designed to receive โ but that requires trusting the flow, not fighting it. SOUND FAMILIAR? This is what operating out of alignment looks like for your type. It's not a character flaw โ it's a signal. What it feels like when you're in your design: Opportunities are coming to you. You're responding rather than initiating โ and it's working better than anything you've forced. THIS IS YOUR GREEN LIGHT. When business feels like this, you're building something that's actually yours. -------------- The Shores Environment ๐Your power lives at the edge โ between worlds, between seasons. A deep dive into marketing, content, and business strategy for the Shore environment type. You're a Shores environment type. Here's what that means. You live at the threshold. The Shore environment is designed for the liminal โ the space between what was and what's becoming. You're here for people in transition, people at crossroads, people who are mid-becoming and need someone who understands what that feels like. This is your marketing superpower. You hold space like no one else. You don't rush people to the destination โ you understand and honor the *between*. Your content gives people permission to be exactly where they are while pointing them toward where they're going. Your Natural Content Style โฆ Transitional themes โ endings, beginnings, thresholds, before-and-after โฆ Stories about your own in-between seasons (vulnerability creates resonance) โฆ Content that holds complexity without collapsing it into false clarity โฆ Nuanced takes on change, growth, and the messy middle โฆ Content that makes people feel *seen* in their uncertainty Not every offer structure fits every design. You're built for transformation-oriented containers. Programs that walk alongside people through change โ not just after it. Coaching, retreat, facilitation, and group work where the process itself is the value, not just the outcome. Your ideal client is drawn to you because... Your ideal client finds you at the exact right moment โ when they're in between. They're not looking for answers; they're looking for a guide who knows the terrain. That's you. Not-Self Pattern: Rushing the Tide Over-positioning as a "results" brand when your magic is in the *process*. Skipping over nuance to make your offer sound cleaner. Trying to fit into a before-and-after framework when you live in the during. SOUND FAMILIAR? This is what operating out of alignment looks like for your type. It's not a character flaw โ it's a signal. What it feels like when you're in your design: You feel like a bridge in your content. The right people find you and immediately think: *someone finally gets it.* THIS IS YOUR GREEN LIGHT. When business feels like this, you're building something that's actually yours. |

Hi Reader, Starting Monday, July 13, I'm running a 30-Day HD Embodiment Challenge - Profile Edition and I invite you to join me. Here's the premise: most of us know our Human Design. We know our Type, our Authority, our Profile. We've read the descriptions, nodded along, maybe even had a reading or two.
