Let's dive into the YOUR Type + Business Model => The Defined Sacral Edition.

Don't worry for all of my open and undefined sacral peeps your deep dive arrives tomorrow.

One of the most beautiful things to witness in life is watching a defined sacral being live out their high expression…

It's like watching magic happen in the real world.

In order for sacral beings to do this, they have to carefully select a business model that supports this.

Generators spend hours focused, methodical, deep in work that lights them up and turns them on! Hours pass by like minutes and it leaves them content, fulfilled and committed to doing more. I love watching aligned generators make magic in the world.

However some of the biggest challenges for Generators are switching gears, giving up because of frustration instead of recognizing it as a plateau of frustration - is it time to pivot or is it time to double down and a lack of recognition and deep relationships from their peers. As a result they tend to initiate instead of respond and end up burnt out.

Manifesting Generators moving through the world embodied, free, tending to themselves and totally focused on the present..noticing, dancing with the world around them while marching to the beat of their own drum. They have an innate sense of timing and they pause before they push something new into the world. It is magnificent and I have seen incredible things happen for my MG's clients who live in this state.

However some of the biggest challenges for MG's is moving too fast, they miss their timing, they end up belly flopping into the deep end of the pool and committing to something they later regret which leaves them feeling a little flakey at times. Also too much in the future or in the past disconnects them from their mg magic.

The challenge for ALL sacral beings is reconnecting with that felt sense and the nuance of their sacral response. They are often told from an early age to use their words which disconnects them from their inner knowing.

One of the things teach and dive into in the HD Your Biz Catalyst Report is that how your sacral is defined (aka what center it is connect to) changes that sacral response and what it is filtering for.

• The Identity - does this bring me purpose, direction, self love?
• The Root - does this brings me stress and pressure or joy and groundedness?
• The Spleen does this help not just survive but thrive?
• The Solar Plexus - does this bring me passion and creativity? Does this connect me to my spirit or not?
• The Throat - Does this make my internal world external in an embodied and empowered way in the moment?

Caveat, Caveat, Caveat - I believe the parts don't exist without the whole in human design.

This is only one part of the equation and you must synthesize those parts together to create a whole that consider your design, your desires and your lifestyle.

Now let's dive into the Business Model Suggestions for Defined Sacral Beings:

The Generator

Theme: Respond | Build things | Sustainable energy

Your energy:

✓ Boundless if doing work you love

✓ Respond to opportunities (don't initiate)

✓ Get lit up by RIGHT work

✓ Build slowly but sustainably

Challenge:

✗ Frustration when forced to initiate

✗ Get stuck in wrong work

✗ Struggle with transitions

The Generator Business Model Suggestions:

✓ One-on-one coaching (deep relationships, sustainable)

✓ Done-with-you services (you guide the journey)

✓ Group programs (if you're lit up)

✓ Long-term containers (year-long works)

Why: Generators have sustainable energy. Long-term commitment and depth are your strength.

Avoid:

✗ Too many things at once (you go deep on ONE thing)

✗ Work you're not lit up by (it depletes you)

The Manifesting Generator

Theme: Respond + Initiate | Bounce around | Multi-passionate

Your energy:

✓ Respond BUT also initiate

✓ Can bounce between multiple things

✓ Efficient, doing lots at once

✓ Fast-paced, lots of moving parts but needs to learn to pause before jumping

Challenge:

✗ Scattered if not careful

✗ Skip steps (you move fast)

✗ Master of many, expert of none?

The MG Business Model Suggestions:

✓ Multiple offers simultaneously (you have many things)

✓ One offer weaving many modalities together

✓ Service provider (juggle many clients)

✓ Membership/community (constantly engaging)

Why:

MGs are multi-passionate. You're wired to do many things, not one.

Key insight:

✓ You can actually do multiple offers

✓ Your scattered feeling? It's normal for you

✓ Structure multiple things (don't force just ONE)

As always remember, the parts impact the whole. As an example, a 1/3 manifesting generator may not have multiple offers like a typical MG because their first line impacts their MG'ness.

A Generator with their sacral defined through the 27-50 may not feel as strong of a sacral response vs one connected to the identity.

I could go on and on but you get the point. This is where having someone who has mastery over the system and experience with people in the real world, can synthesize the parts, the whole, and your desires and lifestyle becomes incredible important. Without it you are looking at each part in a silo not understanding the impact they have on the other parts of your design which leads to more of the same homogenized approach from the online space.
